What version is your phone, Android system or Symbian!! What are the last three letters of the software you downloaded? apk or jar
It should be that the installation package doesn't exist. The phone lost the installation package for some unknown reason, it might have gotten a virus. I went through this too. At that time, I formatted my phone and I succeeded. You can try it too, but make sure to format it where there is WLAN so you can download and see if it works.
