There's no problem with the forum; I suggest trying a different browser. (I haven't encountered this situation either, just a suggestion)
UC might have a problem. In the past few days, whenever I use UC to read novels and log in with my QQ account, it logs me out while reading, causing the bookshelf in Soso to only show novels I had read before. When I switched to QQ Browser, I had no problem reading novels!
The forum is fine. Think about what settings you have changed recently—connection, proxy, browser settings, internet provider. Just like everyone's advice, try different browsers separately to find the cause.
The browser doesn't work by default, one way or another, just forget the device. If that doesn't work, just switch the device directly.
