To be honest, I support Fei. The reason isn't that I'm favoring someone I know, but rather due to considerations of experience. Personally, I think the top candidates for this selection are Fei and 11; in terms of effort, it's hard to judge who is better. However, Fei joined 7723 before 11 and is more familiar with 7723's operating model and management, so naturally has more experience. Moreover, the deputy director position, like a moderator, doesn't require much talent but does require some networking. In this regard, experienced people undoubtedly have an advantage.
