Android games: Survival War NDS emulator: Intense Emulator PSP emulator: PSP Emulator These are all available on Baidu, very popular, and recognized as the best emulators. Android games: F18 Carrier Takeoff and Landing I do not recommend large games, I believe you already know that.

Baidu search for 'ppsspp', 'nds emulator', 'Baidu Netdisk', and just download them! All of them have been tested by experts, guaranteed to work for you. Use Baidu Browser, other browsers apparently can't download them.
