Uh, no problem, this tricky China Unicom, just canceling the package, for example: I sent cxye to check the bill at midnight last night, and only got a reply at 7 a.m., what efficiency.
I was tricked by a mobile customer service representative into buying a 20-yuan data package and a 20-yuan top-up package... and my 5-yuan off-peak package wasn't canceled either. It's been several months and I haven't used it at all.
It's the same with China Mobile; if you send a text to cancel, it shows the system is busy, and you can only cancel manually.
