When I turn on my phone, an exclamation mark and an Android robot appear, and it won't turn on. Does anyone know what to do?

You definitely tampered with the system files, so the only option is to flash the firmware. If there is after-sales service, just pay to resolve the issue. If it is a counterfeit phone, then it can't be repaired because it doesn't even have an official manufacturer or firmware for flashing.
Additionally, if your phone system has a built-in system upgrade (that is, SD card upgrade), there is hope. You can directly download the relevant phone firmware from the official website (usually in the form of a compressed package). The compressed package comes with a flashing instruction file (mostly in doc format). You can follow the instructions to extract it to the SD card, then follow the instructions to operate. Generally, responsible manufacturers use this method.
If you have a counterfeit phone, there is actually still hope. You only need a computer. Go to Baidu and search for 'how to fix a bricked phone.' There are tutorials with pictures and text; take your time to learn.
Usually, for a phone, after turning it off, press the volume down + power button to enter REC mode, select the two options that start with 'w', then choose yes, and reboot. If that doesn't work, the only option is to flash the firmware.
