Software introduction:
DynamicNotifications dynamic notifications allow you to receive notifications/information when the screen is turned off, without unlocking the screen. It also provides some personalized setting options to make the lock screen more distinctive.
Main functions:

Tested on Android 4.0, but I don't know if you have this situation. The software needs to be enabled in Accessibility. However, doing this will show 'the phone has stopped running' when making a call.
