Damn it, I finally spent an hour writing it, uploading attachments and a resource post, but no one went there. . . . . How can I feel so embarrassed? . . .

Don't force it. Forcing doesn't bring happiness. As for resources, just put them out there. Even if no one looks at them now, someone will search for them when needed in the future. Unless what you are sharing isn't a resource.
