The latest plan (official version) for the college entrance examination reform in 2017 has been released: 1. Increase scores in Chinese and decrease scores in English. The good news is that the math score remains unchanged (no extra points, the math extra point plan was not passed) 2. There are two major exams in high school every school year, and the best score among the 6 high school exams is taken as the college entrance examination score. 3. Arts and sciences are not divided into subjects, and the textbooks were revised in 2014. 4. From the first year to the third year of high school, there are 9 major subjects.

No division of subjects, all 9 subjects are too overwhelming… (Later generations don't have to go through high school like we do now…) 2014 senior year student
Damn... The teacher did talk to us about the reform, it really is too early, but for top students, it has no effect at all...
