Who can find a modern version of "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms"? I originally wanted to read history, but the ancient texts were difficult to digest. After reading more than 10 chapters, I felt a little dizzy.

Isn't Romance of the Three Kingdoms all in vernacular Chinese? My language skills aren't good, but I managed to keep reading. As for Records of the Three Kingdoms, I really can't get through it, which is quite frustrating.
