What's wrong with telecommunications?
The phone bill I paid the day before yesterday was in arrears yesterday (I was using another mobile phone with a mobile card installed, and I didn't use this one). I originally wanted to pay some more phone bills today, but I found that there was another phone bill on my phone. What is going on with telecommunications? ? ? ? ? ?
