Don't act impulsively. From what I learned from the seniors, as a moderator, one should be decisive and vigorous, but this doesn't mean acting the same way on every subforum. A mature moderator does not shrink back because of a few words of opposition or harassment, because there is still a long way to go. Think about the determination when you first applied to moderate—is it only for curiosity and glory? Keep in mind the promise you made when you applied. No matter how things go, at least be sincere. I vote to support this. I hope the original poster can understand, stay clear-minded, and not give up easily. Keep it up.

Because you are the moderator, I would be very annoyed if you don't tidy up your stall. Since we are all 'colleagues,' I can't be telling you things you can't do every day.
