It's the webmaster's post. Judging by color alone can only be evaluated based on personal preference; it depends on where it's used.
Planning to use it as a logo or background. Using 7723 directly for the logo is fine, using the full domain name feels a bit cumbersome. The small domain name can go in the footer (a bit off-topic...), the colors are quite soft, not bad.
The green is a bit too strong, not very easy on the eyes. Looking at it for a long time feels like this. @_@ Hehe, purple of course can't compare to other colors for decoration. But looking at this is very comfortable.
