There's no security software or anything... People even steal in the dorm while sleeping. Where's the sense of decency?

Sleeping in the dorm too?? OP, I'll give you a suggestion. When you sleep, you can put your phone and important items in your crotch. It's relatively safe and quite comfortable, it might help you out?? (Hope this helps you_

No need to look for it, unless your phone is worth over 5000. If it's below 5000, no case will be filed (here the threshold is 5000, for other regions please call 110 to inquire). Otherwise, you are just trying to cheat, blaming the dorm teacher, or the school, etc.! After all, it was lost at school, someone has to be responsible. Going to an internet cafe is another matter.
