Wuwu... notice...
I was almost finished writing Chapter Two of 'The Awakening Love of Heaven,' but a bird flew by, I didn't notice it, got startled, pressed the wrong key, and the forty minutes I spent writing Chapter Two disappeared. Ugh... my hands are sore. I guess Chapter Two will still be posted tonight. So angry, that damn little bird...

T_T How could this happen
Not too discouraged. Zi will always support you! Keep it up, keep it up.
Why hasn't your character sheet been properly updated..??
That bird is most likely a crow.
I want to see it too! I haven't read the first chapter yet!

Take it slow, no rush, pursue high-quality writing
As a writer, I can feel that sense of frustration. However, I think that situations like yours happen quite easily, so you should change some of your writing habits. For example, I use a writing software, directly create a new txt file, and then start writing. While writing, I save after writing a paragraph or two, and then continue writing until the whole chapter is finished. In this way, even if unexpected events occur in the middle, I would only lose a paragraph or two, about a hundred or two hundred words. This way, you can avoid such miserable situations.

Uh,,, I'm just sharing my experience. They say a long illness makes one a doctor. When I encounter frustrating times while writing, I always come up with some solutions... This is just a reminder to the author, after all, writers on Qitan are a rare species, and I genuinely fear the novel might get censored again because of this...
My condolences!
