The high-quality Japanese national-level RPG mobile game 'Chain Chronicle' is about to launch its first test in the Chinese server on May 9. In order to make final optimizations and adjustments to the Chinese version of the game and organize a beginner's QA guide for players, the official team recently started an internal test. Today, the officials also provided a relatively detailed explanation regarding the issue of team formation, which is highly concerned by players.
First, we need to know that in 'Chain Chronicle,' character classes are divided into Warrior, Knight, Archer, Mage, and Priest. For players with gaming experience, the characteristics of each class should already be familiar. In CC games, players can form their card deck teams based on their understanding of each class's features.
Next, we should understand the game features of 'Chain Chronicle.' Unlike traditional card games that have dull turn-based battles, CC uses a side-scrolling tower defense real-time combat mode. In battles, players' cards transform into chibi-style game characters and fight against continuously incoming enemies, somewhat similar to Plants vs. Zombies. The difference is that players can freely control the position of their team members in the battle.
During a battle, there are 4 playable characters, with an option to choose 2 as substitutes. Substitute characters will automatically join the battle when a team member is defeated. Based on the experience of official staff who participated in the tests, players need to reasonably allocate different character classes in a battle, especially concerning class positioning: Knights and Warriors in the front, Mages and Archers in the middle, and Priests at the back.
By understanding the combat mode and gameplay features, players should be able to easily form their own character teams. CC challenges players more with their strategic responses in real-time combat, which is completely different from other card games. This, along with the game's luxurious production lineup, is what the official believes can secure the top position for the Chinese server.
As the official internal test progresses, they will share more beginner guides and Chinese server news related to the game. Interested players can visit the Chain Chronicle game section on Wanke to check for updates. Let's all look forward to the arrival of the first test in the Chinese server!
