If your dual-SIM phone always fails to send text messages, and restarting the phone does not solve the problem, please check the following points:
1. Your phone account has insufficient balance.
2. Poor signal reception.
3. Your phone settings prevent sending messages to certain numbers.
4. Some security software has blocked the app's permission to send SMS (such as LBE Security Master, 360 Mobile Guardian, etc.).
5. The default SMS center number of the SIM card is correct.
6. The recipient's phone has normal communication service.
7. Your phone signal is not poor.
8. Try another phone to confirm whether it is caused by a damaged SIM card.
Final point: If all the above issues are ruled out, then set the SMS center numbers for both of your SIM cards (assuming you have inserted two SIM cards in the phone) properly, even if one of your cards has insufficient balance or is inactive, and then try sending messages again.
*SMS center service numbers (for reference only, please refer to the carrier's official publication):
1. +8613800851500
2. +8613800851501
If the above solutions still cannot solve your problem, it is recommended to consult the mobile operator. Also, the last point is my original method and has been personally tested to work.

Passing by, can send text messages, support
Life is like this. Although I really don't like typing, I have to type a lot of words. Things in the world are probably like this.
Scholar, are you practicing typing?
I haven't practiced typing; it's just that for many things, there's no place to copy and paste from.
Lost everything
