After the game is launched, the first column on the right, 'single play,' is the single-player mode. After entering the multiplayer game, click the second column below to register an account. The registration screen has four fields from top to bottom: Account Name, Player Email, Password, and Confirm Password. Then return to the login screen, enter the account name and password you just registered, and click 'Login' on the bottom left to access your account homepage.
