Can someone recommend a VPN software or address?

Yesterday I tried to find the Japanese version of Space-Time Hunter but to no avail. However, it's solved now. The problem is that I don't have a Japanese VPN, so I can't play the Japanese server. Can someone recommend a VPN software? I'd be even more grateful if it's free. I'll later post screenshots of the Japanese version of Space-Time Hunter; the character designs have changed so much.

A VPN router, if the internet speed is good you can try it. I use it to play Dead Trigger 2.
