What should I do if I accidentally deleted the settings on my phone?
As the title suggests, I went to a phone store to flash my phone but couldn't. I can't open Settings, so I can't enable USB debugging. There are three options: 1. Find a universal or original Settings installation package to install on the phone. Phone model: Minte N5050, version 2.3.6, but I couldn't find it. 2. Find a phone-side data recovery software to restore the phone's Settings. But the available software is either in English or doesn't work. 3. Find an independent USB debugging switch for the phone to enable USB debugging without going through Settings, and then use computer-side recovery software to recover. But I haven't found an independent USB debugging switch. Seeking advice from experts! What should I do?

That phone shop owner was really poor. My old phone bricked and couldn't connect to a computer, didn't support SD card scanning, and the official company didn't have a flashing package—only third-party private packages for download. In the end, someone fixed it.
