Tonight I exchanged for a black Honor 3X Play version. I bought the package that included earphones, but they gave me white earphones. Isn't that making me match black and white? When I contacted their customer service, they just kept saying sorry and wouldn't allow an exchange. In the end, I was so upset that I canceled the order. Huawei is really too much...

Actually, the 3X has separate inner and outer screens. Mine just had the outer screen broken, but Huawei wanted me to replace both the inner and outer screens and wouldn't allow me to just replace the outer screen.
