Send in the tank first to see how many hits he can take. If the hero's level is low, don't wait for the boss to use skills (that's when the blue bar fills up and the boss will use a skill), just exit, otherwise the hero will die. If the hero's level is low, hit once then exit, enter again, exit, enter again—the damage will accumulate and the hero won't have to tank it.
