I was disgusted today
I gave my dog a dead rabbit to eat. At first, the puppy didn't eat it, but this made me realize that rabbits also tend to bloat after death, with their bellies swelling and looking soft. But today, the dog actually dragged it over and ate it. I smelled a strange odor just now, and only later realized it was from that rabbit, whose body had been torn apart by my cute little dog. The puppy was eating the corpse with relish. At the time, I didn't feel much when I smelled it, until I saw the dead rabbit. Ugh, my stomach turned over. The dead rabbit is right by the window. Not being able to open the window in summer, thinking back, it would have been so much simpler to just skin it directly—it's disgusting to think about now. I always thought that thing wasn't very gross. If people are into heavier stuff, I wouldn't mind uploading photos of the rabbit corpse.

There's no way I could keep a rabbit's corpse to sniff it. Shortly after posting, my mom and I both decided to take care of it. The rabbit was 'dumped,' and no matter what, I wouldn't open the plastic wrap around the body.
