I don't know if the answer downstairs is correct, and I don't know either.
Did you install any software before?
'Losing money prevents disaster,' of course, why even ask?
Flashing a device
Can I get into the engineering project?

What's going on, OP? The brothers downstairs have said so much, and you haven't reacted at all.....
I repair mobile phones. 1. Press and hold the power button for more than 20 seconds; it should reboot. 2. If step 1 doesn't work and it still gets stuck on the startup screen, let the battery discharge completely, then recharge it, enter REC mode, and perform a factory reset. 3. If step 2 is ineffective and you cannot enter REC mode, search for a firmware flash for this model on a computer and use Odin to flash it; there are tutorials for Odin online. 4. If none of the above works, then send it for repair. Usually, it is due to capacitor leakage causing insufficient voltage, or a motherboard issue, so be prepared to spend money.
He's talking about the computer again..?
An all-in-one machine is one where the battery cannot be removed.
