Since the game is in closed beta, it's relatively easy to play now. When the public beta comes, things will likely change somewhat, but the general direction won't change much. Here are some of my experiences from the closed beta; this guide aims to help players avoid detours.
When we first enter the game “The Legend of Qin 2,” there is a tutorial guiding us on what to do (we can only follow the ‘hand,' and during this period, we cannot control the game ourselves—oh my, can we ever play happily?).
After mechanically following the system for five minutes, we can freely move around. Since it's an internal test, each player is VIP7 and has 5,000 ingots (ingots are very important, so don't waste them).
Tips from top players of “The Legend of Qin 2” mobile game – essentials for beginners
The first thing we need to do is use the ingots to buy seven VIP treasure chests (it's best to buy them all).
The chests can give two orange-tier outfits (the first time getting two orange-tier outfits is very exciting), two purple-tier outfits, and some gold chests and keys (the fastest and most enjoyable way to get purple-tier is this; every ten draws guarantees purple, while orange can only appear as fragments for now; I haven't found a way to get full orange outfits yet).
It doesn't matter if you open all the gold chests right away or not. First, we need to equip the items.
Two orange-tier outfits together provide attribute bonuses. As for the remaining purple-tier outfits, check if they provide attribute bonuses or matchmaking (usually there's no matchmaking since there are too few characters, but it's okay). Once fully equipped, you cannot upgrade the equipment yet due to low level.
After doing the above, we can start our leveling journey by farming story dungeons.
After completing the chapter dungeons, you can buy equipment, cards, books, and more from the wandering merchant, which is very useful. Make sure to save your ingots for this.
