The computer at home shows a blue screen when starting up and won't boot. I tried safe mode and other options, but it still shows a blue screen. The blue screen code is 0×000000E4. Does anyone know what to do? I don't know how to reinstall the system, and it seems that reinstalling requires knowing the original system? Seeking help, is there anyone proficient with computers?

Check the hardware, and if that doesn't work, just download a system image to a USB drive and reinstall the system.

A system drive or a USB drive will do, there are tutorials online. There was a time when I couldn't boot the computer either, and I followed a tutorial to reinstall the system.
