I'm planning to buy a laptop but don't know which one to choose. I'm ready to spend 5000 to get one, can everyone give me some recommendations? I don't have many requirements, basically it just needs to be able to run a few single-player games, like Red Alert and Grand Theft Auto. The main use is for programming.

Go ask H Fu ←_← My crappy laptop was recommended by him. Personally, if it's fifty hundred, I recommend buying an ASUS. The specific configuration depends on individual usage.
5000 is not just enough for Red Alert or GTA, it should even be able to handle games made with the Frostbite engine.
Mainly used for programming, because I am learning this.
I don't understand.
My 3000-budget junk computer can run Red Alert, Survival, CF, and Assassin. Five thousand counts as a mid-range machine, like the Lenovo Y series. A 5000 computer can play regular games without any pressure.
I also study programming, just to mention, the prerequisite is installing Windows 7; you can't imagine the compatibility issues with Windows 8.
What does it mean?
,,,, it's just the two games the original poster mentioned, playing the others only results in freezing
That is impossible
Can a notebook run EA's Frost?? Is it possible?
Wealthy and powerful person~
