[Essays and Prose] What is Heaven?
Heaven must be free from duality and free from dialectics. Heaven is not the opposite of hell. It must have the nature of unity and oneness. Like the origin point in a coordinate system, it exists alone, without anything that mirrors it. Ordinary people can only understand good through evil, and beauty through ugliness. That is to say, the good in ordinary people's hearts is not singular; it must have an opposite to exist. If one uses this kind of 'light' to construct heaven, it is equivalent to simultaneously constructing a hell, and it is separated from heaven by just a sheet of paper, easily pierced.
