JAVA download help
My phone model is Nokia 5310XM. When I enter the JAVA download section and try to download games, it shows 'Downloading' but does not actually download. Please help…

Or switch to another download server. Generally, there are 3 download servers on the download page. Normally, the first one is used, so now try switching to the second or third one.
Refreshing causes an error, and there is only one server, because the entire page only shows 'Downloading'... Can customer service answer this?
5310 XpressMusic, a very friendly model. I had no problem using this one before. When the 'Downloading...' page appears, wait a few seconds and the browser will show a web page loading progress bar. Remember, the download, reply, and submission pages on Qitan cannot be refreshed; refreshing will bring up a 'refresh prohibited' page, and you will need to go back and try again. On the 'Downloading' page, wait for a while and it will jump to a download page. Be patient, it might be a network issue. Finally, hug the S40~
