Want to form a group
Every time I see how prosperous the major departments on the forum were when they were established, I am speechless. Now the only department left is the WM Evaluation Group (→_→ can be directly ignored, a department with no presence). I want to create a brand new department. I wonder if any friends want to join, or if anyone has any brilliant ideas, feel free to bring them up.

If the original poster can ensure that they won't be like the evaluation team, I will support unconditionally. Also, the evaluation team is still around~~~ wait for me when I have time~~~
