001 First Day of School\I had no objections to this forced transfer, and even felt a bit of anticipation. Although both the environment and the people had changed, I really had no objections.\School started on August 31. I got up very early that day. Perhaps the two assignment-free holidays after graduation had made me somewhat bored, or perhaps it was the anticipation of middle school life, so my energy and spirit were very high. I followed behind my grandfather, looking at this unfamiliar rural environment with curiosity. Perhaps I had spent too much time in the city, making me think that such greenery, commonly seen in the countryside, only exists in parks and green belts in my perception. Sparrows kept chirping atop the mulberry trees by the edge of the fields, and they would fly away whenever someone passed by. The roadside rice paddies had no crops, only some rice heads. The busy farming season had passed, and only a few farmers remained working in the dry fields.\Because there is much less rain in winter than in summer, the roads were not as muddy as my sister had described over the phone. The road to school was very long, taking more than half an hour to walk all the way. This was unimaginable for me when I lived in the city before; I used to only need 5 to 6 minutes to get to school. In my previous school, any child whose walk to school exceeded 15 minutes would almost always choose to live in the dormitory. But here, I had no choice because this school did not have student dormitories.\After walking for more than half an hour, I finally arrived at the school. The school was not as run-down as I had imagined, but it was incomparable to the schools I attended in the city before. The school had two buildings, one horizontal and one vertical, with the main gate on the vertical side. Upon entering, there was a small flower bed planted with some unknown flowers. The flower bed was about five or six meters long, but less than half a meter wide, though this was one of the few patches of greenery in the school. In front of the flower bed was the playground. The playground was small, with only a running track over 100 meters long and two basketball courts inside the track. The track was not the rubber track I was used to seeing, but an asphalt track. Judging from its surface, the track had seen some years, as the stones on it were already disorderly. On the left of the track were the middle school classrooms. The floor with the main gate was used for the primary school, while the left side of the track was where the middle school was located. Seventh grade was on the first floor of this building, with the office located in the central area of the first floor. My grandfather and I walked to the office door. Perhaps we arrived too early, as there was only one teacher and a few students inside the office. This teacher was our homeroom teacher, his surname was Wang, but I didn't know his first name. Mr. Wang was rather thin, and his height of 1.70 meters made him seem incredibly tall to me at that time. He wore a pair of rectangular glasses, and although his face was young, it had lines of wrinkles. My sister said her homeroom teacher was also Mr. Wang. Mr. Wang was the only English teacher for our grade, so compared to the other teachers, he appeared a bit older. Mr. Wang was not yet 40, but he already had some white hair.
"Mr. Wang, I brought my grandson here to register," my grandfather said in a plain voice. I didn't speak, I just watched quietly.
"Oh, this is your grandson," Mr. Wang said hoarsely as he looked at me.

Thank you all for your suggestions, I will work hard to correct them. But in order to seek opinions, I still want to ask whether first person or third person is better? If third person is better, I will use third person from now on.
Use them together, mainly in the third person.
