After extracting the Asphalt 8 data package to the root directory, it doesn't work. When I enter the game, it still prompts me to download it. What should I do? The device is Xiaomi 2S. I directly extracted it into that Android folder; it worked before, but this time it doesn't. Help!

Did it prompt you to overwrite when you extracted it to the root directory? The data package filename might be incorrect; sometimes simply extracting it to the root directory is not enough.
It wasn't placed in the wrong location. I just discovered a problem: the data package is only 1.3GB after decompression, which makes me feel that there is an issue with the data package on the site.
