A person without a conscience eats until full, Amitabha, letting others starve. If a person does not work for themselves, heaven and earth will punish them. Think about whether your employer is exploiting you; if the value you create is less than your salary, would you go home? Can you afford to keep a conscience? Are you no longer able to sustain it? If it were me, I would accept it.
