I think that members should be able to set the fee for other members to download the files they upload. These fees would go directly to the account of the person who uploaded the resource, and then the forum would charge a handling fee. This way, the circulation of member coins can increase member activity. Moreover, this would make member coins more useful, rather than being able to download five hundred files just by checking in.
