My younger brother bought a phone today for 460. After playing with it at home for a while, he found some defects, so he took it back to the store for an exchange. This time, the lady boss wasn't there, her husband was running the store. In the end, the crappy phone was exchanged for a pretty good one: quad-core, 2GB RAM, 8GB internal storage, a camera around 1600 pixels. He probably got a great deal.
