To be honest, as an old person like me who came from Symbian, I have long been a little tired of the card drawing, combat power, and numerical expansion that fill the screen. Two days ago, I was scrolling through the tap and found the game "Synthetic Aircraft Tycoon". I saw that the developer was Nanjing Moye, and the name was quite unfamiliar, but the label "free with no in-app purchases" made my eyes light up. I downloaded it and played it for three days. I don't think it's a bad thing, and the experience is quite comfortable.
The gameplay is classic synthesis + placement, the same as when I played "Coin Master", but the theme was changed to airplanes. You start with a small propeller, synthesize and upgrade two of the same model, unlock new models, and then let them fly around automatically to make money. You can hang up even when offline, which is very friendly to time-splitting players like me. To be honest, every time I go online and see a few new aircraft in the hangar, the sense of accomplishment of slowly building an "aviation empire" is more solid than many current masterpieces.
The picture style is cartoonish, but the details are not blurry. There are aircraft models ranging from Boeing to Airbus to science fiction models. Collectors will like it. The only thing I have to complain about is that the synthesis chain in the later stage is a bit long, and the progress will be stuck if you are not careful. But after all, it is free and has no ads, so this compromise is acceptable.
Nowadays, the mobile game market is full of 648 gift packages. There are really not many works like this that are clean, pure and bring back the feeling of mobile games from more than ten years ago. If you also miss the days when you didn't need to spend money and could gain satisfaction just by playing slowly, you might as well give it a try. 😌
