Hello everyone, I am the editor of Qitan. Recently, the Dahan version of "No Regrets in China" has been officially launched. Many players are asking how to get started quickly, especially how to stabilize the situation in the face of the Huns' invasion. Today I will share with you some introductory strategies that I compiled. I hope it will be helpful to friends who are just getting started~
Let's talk about starting options first. In the Han Dynasty script, you play the role of the Han Dynasty. The initial resources are relatively abundant, but don't rush to expand. The focus is to lay a solid foundation for domestic affairs, especially the two fronts of people's livelihood and military affairs. It is recommended to give priority to upgrading the "field farming" and "iron smelting" policies. The former ensures food output, and the latter improves the quality of weapons. These two are the key to the subsequent fight against the Huns.
When managing internal affairs, don't neglect talent recruitment. Historical figures in the game can be appointed to official positions. It is best to recruit famous generals like Wei Qing and Huo Qubing as soon as possible. If you don't get one, you can also use the "recommend" function, and sometimes high-attribute generals will appear. Remember to add loyalty to officials regularly, otherwise they may be poached by the enemy~
When it comes to diplomacy, it is recommended to stay friendly with neighboring small countries at the beginning, either by sending gifts or forming marriages, and to avoid multi-front wars. Although the Huns are ferocious, as long as you accumulate heavy troops in the border cities and cooperate with the "Great Wall" policy to reduce damage, you can withstand the first wave of offensive. After the military strength is formed, they will take the initiative to attack, use the advantages of cavalry to fight guerrilla warfare, and gradually encroach on the Huns' territory.
Finally, a reminder, there are many hidden endings in the game, such as "Resurgence of the Han Dynasty" or "Return of the Huns", with different triggering conditions. If you like to explore, you can try different policy combinations, and you might get unexpected surprises!
The above are some of my experiences. You are welcome to add your own exclusive secrets in the comment area ~ See you in the next issue! 😊
