Hey, old friends, my 35-year-old driver is here to chat about games again. Yesterday, I dug out an old hard drive, and inside it lay a NES emulator with only a few hundred KB of games. Back then, I could squat in front of the TV and play it all night. Look at these mobile games now. They can start with just a few gigabytes. Opening a game is like opening a large software. But whether you think it's strange or not, as games get bigger and bigger, we have less and less fun😅.
No, I downloaded a game called "New Douluo Continent" two days ago. When I looked at the introduction, I was like, wow, it's a designated mobile game for Tencent Video Animation. The scenes are restored and the soul masters are gathered. It sounds bluffing. Start it quickly and take a look after downloading. Oh my goodness, it's more than 5 gigabytes! I remember when Contra on FC was only 256KB, it would make you feel great, but now this product just requires you to drink a cup of tea just to load it. But seriously, the graphics are indeed beautiful. The soul master battle in Douluo World has been completed. The movement and hiding skills are a bit like an action game, unlike those previous mindless games where you stand and fight monsters. But why do I always feel that this game is filled with a lot of ways to develop, draw cards, and earn gold, and I get irritated while playing. The joy of clearing the level in one life on the red and white consoles at that time can no longer be found😅.
But I think about it, this game is not all bad. At least for fans of the original book, it is quite exciting to have the Shrek Seven Monsters team up to fight together, especially the bond combinations, which are a bit similar to the feeling of teaming up in the Westward Journey game back then. But in terms of fun, it was actually more exciting to compete with friends in the yard for the controller. Hey, maybe we are getting old, or the game has changed. Anyway, young friends, don't just look at the capacity. Whether the game is fun or not depends on whether you can find the enthusiasm you had back then. I uninstalled it anyway and continued to play Tetris with a few hundred KB on my phone😂.
