As a mobile game adapted from a super popular Chinese comic, "Ye Luoli" has indeed made great efforts in restoration. The character drawings and scene modeling are highly consistent with the original style, and the transformation special effects are gorgeous enough. This is definitely a visual feast for fans. However, regardless of the emotional filter, this game still has many issues worthy of discussion in terms of its core design and financial experience.
Graphics/Art: 8/10
The game uses 3D cartoon rendering, with bright and soft overall tones, and exquisite character modeling. Especially the transformation forms in battle have smooth movements and gorgeous special effects. However, the details of the scene are slightly rough, especially the textures in the home system are obviously not as refined as the main city. The UI interface is a bit cluttered, with too many buttons stacked up, making it easy for novices to find key functions.
Gameplay/System: 6/10
Classic turn-based combat, with professional cooperation and spiritual pet systems added, but the depth is limited. Automatic combat dominates, and the advantages of manual operation are not obvious. Although the dungeon mode has team cooperation elements, the numerical suppression is obvious, and the later stage is basically a collision of combat power. The home system and monster capture are highlights, but the actual gameplay is on the sidelines and lacks strategic interest.
Krypton gold/charge: 5/10
The game is nominally free to download, but there are many in-app purchases: drawing cards to obtain character fragments, spiritual pet gift packs, fashions, home decorations, VIP privileges... Almost every system has a payment pit. It takes a very long time for zero krypton players to obtain high-rare characters and powerful pets, and weekly and monthly cards have almost become necessary expenses. Although you can clear the main story without paying, the gap between PVP and later dungeons is visible to the naked eye.
Social/Operation: 7/10
The guild system, team copy, and world channel are fairly active, and the threshold for communication between strangers is low. However, social gameplay is tied to combat power, and low-Krypton players are easily kicked out when forming a team. Operational activities are more frequent, but they are mainly recharge activities, with few welfare activities. The overall operation strategy is biased towards stimulating consumption.
Overall rating: 6.5/10
Summary: If you are a die-hard fan of the "Ye Luoli" animation and value the character restoration and transformation, you can jump in and experience a plot. But if you are looking for strategically deep turn-based gameplay, or are concerned about the gold threshold, then this game may not be your best choice. It has more than enough emotion but not enough innovation. Overall, it is at a medium level among fan-favorite works.
