Hello everyone, I am an e-sports observer. I usually watch a lot of KPL and LPL. Today I saw someone in the special section recommending the fairy tale mobile game "Fairy Dream", so I went to experience it. By the way, I will talk about its competitive environment and balance for your reference🧐
Let's talk about the core PVP gameplay first. Cross-server fairy alliance competition and real-time strong PK battles are indeed the prototype of team games like MOBA. But what makes me more concerned is that the numerical growth curve of this game is a bit steep. To put it bluntly, there are too many traces of "making gold stronger". Equipment enhancement, weapon level, mount attributes, these development lines are superimposed, and the gap between novice players and hard-core players will quickly widen, causing real-time PK to often become an attribute crushing, rather than a competition of operations or tactics. 😅
From the perspective of career balance, several sects in the current game, such as output-type high-crit hit professions and auxiliary professions with control skills, have a fairly clear positioning in single combat and team battles. But I encountered a problem: the control-free mechanism of some professions is too strong, and combined with high explosive skills, once the equipment is ahead, it is basically taken away in one set, and the opponent does not even have room to counterattack. This will reduce the diversity of the lineup, and everyone will play those martial arts with strong versions. Unpopular professions will almost disappear in high-end games. 😕
Additionally, the weather system is a feature, but its actual impact in competitive play is underestimated. For example, rainy days will affect movement speed or skill release frequency, but most players will simply ignore it because the weather changes randomly and there is no stable tactical benefit. If the development team can optimize this mechanism and make it a predictable variable (such as a weekly fixed weather rotation), it will increase the depth of the strategy instead of being purely a visual embellishment like it is now.
Overall, "Fairy Tales" has a good foundation, and its smooth combat experience and cool special effects are indeed attractive. However, as a game with competitive attributes, the current balance still has a lot of room for optimization: either reduce the development gap and leave more victory or defeat to the operation; or adjust the equipment system to be more like the "in-game growth" in MOBA, rather than relying on recharge to stack panels. 😤
Of course, if you just play it as a casual dating game and find someone to play the couple copy and chat with, then these competitive issues will not affect the experience. But if you are here for passionate PK, it is recommended to check your wallet and temper first - after all, on the road to immortality, combat power is the last word😏
