Hello everyone, I am your game reviewer. Today in the Time Hunter section, I saw someone asking "Are the ratings of current mobile games all too high?" I just recently finished the remake of "Endless Adventure", so let's use it to talk about my personal rating criteria. For a dark idle game like this, I usually look at the four dimensions of graphics, gameplay, monetization, and social interaction, and finally give a comprehensive score, which is purely subjective but as objective as possible.
Let's talk about the graphics first. The remake is indeed much more refined than the old version. The character modeling and skill special effects are both good. The dark-style light and shadow atmosphere is in place, especially the map details and equipment appearance are carefully crafted. However, there is still a gap compared with first-line masterpieces. Some UI buttons are too small, and mobile operations occasionally touch them accidentally. I give it 7 points.
The core gameplay is the placement type, which automatically pushes pictures and hangs up to collect food. There is a high degree of freedom in matching skills and equipment. Each of the six major professions has its own characteristics, and the job transfer system is also in-depth. The early stage is very exciting, but after the mid-term, the content is highly repetitive, the advancement rhythm is slow, and it is easy to get bored in the long grass period. Moreover, "Relaxed and Casual" and "Dark Liver Emperor" are actually a bit contradictory in the placement category - there is no place to exert your power if you want to play, it all depends on the character's level of training and the randomness of the equipment. Give it 8 points for gameplay.
In terms of money, this game does not force you to spend money. It is a free model. The main money points are acceleration props, guaranteed equipment, and appearance skins. It can be played with zero krypton, but the progress is very slow, especially in the later stage, the gap in idle efficiency is obvious. The single draw price is not low, but overall it is not expensive. It belongs to the type of "Buddhist players can also play, but heavy Krypton players have a better experience". This aspect of fairness is okay, I give it 7 points.
There is basically no social interaction. Apart from guilds giving away stamina and chatting on the world channel, there is almost no team formation or PK interaction. It's not a disadvantage for stand-alone streaming, but players who like the heat may find it deserted. The social dimension can only give 5 points.
Taken together, the picture is 7 + the gameplay is 8 + the gold is 7 + the social is 5, the average is 6.75. However, considering the clear audience, no forced social interaction, and no physical value collapse, I subjectively added 0.75 points, and the final score is 7.5. The advantages are that it is easy to get started, the career combination is rich, and you can relax while hanging up; the disadvantages are that it is weak in the mid-term, weak in social interaction, and has a steep growth curve in the later period. If you are a dark-like emotional party + fragmented time player, you can try it; if you are looking for strong interaction or continuous freshness, it is recommended to wait and see.
My scoring criteria are: first look at whether the game type is self-consistent, then compare it to competing products of the same type, and finally look at cost-effectiveness and long-term experience. How many points do you think is reasonable? Reasonable discussion is welcome. 😎
