The first pitfall: thinking that the more soldiers the better, send them all out at once. At first, when I saw that I had a piece of land that could produce soldiers, I tried my best to accumulate a lot of soldiers. Then, seeing that the land on the other side was small, I rushed over and tried to eat them all. It turned out that my team also had soldiers at home, and my team was intercepted halfway. My hometown was also attacked by another player because there were no soldiers left to defend it... It was really cool. Later, I realized that in this game, we need to divide our troops, and we must keep people guarding our retreat, and we must not be greedy. 😩
The second pitfall: I don't understand what “seeing the timing” means at all. I once saw the color of the opponent's territory fade and thought he was offline, so I wanted to steal the chicken. I excitedly sent troops over, but they suddenly came online and killed me all with one counterattack. Later, the boss told me that the color faded just because the other party had been offline for a long time, but the soldiers were still there, maybe even more... I cried to death. Now I have learned well and find ways to explore the situation before attacking, or wait until he sends troops to attack others before taking action. 🤔
The third pitfall: it will not be counted as troop growth. At first I thought that as long as I occupied more land, I could generate troops faster, but I found that I had very few troops. I only found out after checking the guide. The speed of troop production in each territory is related to the total number of territories, but even distribution must also be considered. I used to foolishly occupy small plots of land, but each plot had very few soldiers and was directly pushed flat by someone else's large plot of land. Now I know to prioritize upgrading the main camp, and then connect the small plots to form a defensive line. 😤
Now I can finally make it to the mid-term. Although I still get beaten frequently, I feel a great sense of accomplishment every time I push a picture and win one!
