The mask is in the mezzanine of the elevator shaft. You need to use the screwdriver you picked up before to pry it open!
The BOSS battle on the last day was extremely difficult. Two of the seven tenants were the real masterminds behind the scenes. My secret is: you must collect all the diary fragments. After synthesis, you will find a group photo with a blackened figure on it. That is the real owner of the Masked Hotel! Use a lighter to burn the group photo to trigger the hidden ending, and then escape through the ventilation duct on top of the elevator~ It took me three attempts to succeed, woo woo 😤
