It has been two months since I started playing Sniper God Glory. I have played nearly 300 levels and tested several mainstream sniper genres. Today I will sort out the data to provide a reference for newcomers who are ready to join the game. Although this game is called Sniper God, the actual available weapon types are quite different. Different feel corresponds to different scenes. If you choose the wrong genre in the early stage, you will get stuck in the level until you cry.
Let's talk about bolt-action sniping first. The representative weapons are the Falcon M24 that is given initially and the Judge AWM that is unlocked later. The advantage is that the damage of a single shot is explosive. A full-level Falcon headshot can do 3200+, and two shots can take away any non-elite enemy. The shortcomings are also obvious: slow rate of fire, reloading takes 2.5 seconds, and extremely low error tolerance. If your aim is average and you miss the head with one shot, the enemy will basically die when he gets in his face. For the data party, take a look: DPS (sustained output) is only about 720, which is the lowest among all genres. But its benefits are very outstanding in long-range point guarding and BOSS battles. With the penetration skill, it can hit two in one shot. It is suitable for players who like to stand and have the habit of previewing.
Let's talk about semi-automatic snipers. Typical representatives are Death MK3 and Eye of Shadow. This is by far my most recommended entry-level genre. The rate of fire is 1.2 seconds, the damage per shot is 800-1000, and the headshot multiplier is 2.2 times. The most important thing is that the fault tolerance rate is high. Even if the first shot misses, the second shot can be made up in 0.8 seconds. According to the actual test, the full-level Death MK3 can fire 6 rounds in 10 seconds in continuous shooting mode, and the total damage is stable at around 5500, which is 30% higher than the bolt action. Moreover, the dispersion of semi-automatic mobile shooting is much smaller than that of bolt-action, and you can maintain your hit rate while shooting while running. The disadvantage is that ammunition consumes quickly, and you often need to change the magazine twice in one level. However, the novice activity gives you a lot of gold coins, which is enough to buy ammunition.
Finally, let's talk about continuous snipers, such as Eye of the Storm and Thunder. This thing is more like a rifle, with a single shot of only 400-500, but a rate of fire of 0.6 seconds and an ammunition capacity of 15 rounds. The advantage is that it is highly efficient in clearing out miscellaneous soldiers. When facing dense enemies, one shuttle can bring down four or five of them. The disadvantage is that it is weak against armored units, and the headshot damage is only 1.5 times. It requires two rounds of magazines to defeat heavily armored elites, and reloading is slow. According to the data, the DPS of the continuous sniper can reach 1400, but in actual combat, a lot of damage will be wasted on ineffective parts, and the operational requirements are the highest, because you have to keep pressing the gun to control the recoil. It is suitable for players who like strafing, but I really don't recommend it for novices. There are many armored soldiers in the early levels, and continuous sniping will make you doubt your life.
To sum up the hard-core advice: If you are a complete novice, don't touch the bolt first, then the Falcon will get stuck at level 15, because you can't catch up with the fast soldiers. Directly charge 6 yuan to get the Death MK3, or do missions to collect fragments to exchange for the Eye of Shadow. This gun can accompany you to level 50. If you have been playing for a while and want to change genres, it is recommended to prepare two guns: a bolt-action gun for the off-hand to fight the BOSS, and a semi-automatic push gun for the main hand. The continuous sniper is just a toy, the range is not enough in PVP, and it is fine against the computer.
In terms of equipment matching, the semi-automatic style prioritizes stacking critical hit damage and magazine capacity, and is equipped with a grip for quick reloading. For the bolt-action pile penetration and headshot magnification, the silencer is preferred as an accessory, because firing a bolt-action will expose the position, and the silencer can give you two more shots. For continuous sniping, I just added the magazine and rate of fire without thinking, and the other attributes are too low in cost performance.
Finally, let's talk about professional roles – there are actually no traditional professions in this game, but different weapons determine your playing style. From personal experience, the semi-automatic Eye of Shadow combined with the sprinting skill can produce a wandering sniper effect; the bolt action combined with the stealth skill is a fixed-point assassination style. Don't believe those posts that say continuous sniping is suitable for novices, they're all a lie. The data doesn't lie. Choose the right gun and you'll die twice less in each level.
