How can I put it this way, as happy as this amusement park looks during the day, it can be scary at night. While playing, I huddled under the covers and turned the brightness of my phone to the lowest setting for fear of waking up my roommates. That clown setting is really amazing. The more you try to escape from it, the more it appears in all kinds of unexpected places with a smile on its face... I almost threw my phone away.
The rhythm of the game is actually quite suitable for late night. There is no tension of chasing you, just quietly looking for clues, solving puzzles, and puzzles. But the puzzles are designed very cleverly, and I got stuck on some of them for a long time, such as the merry-go-round mechanism. It took me almost half an hour to find out that I was looking in the direction of the shadow. And the password on the Ferris wheel is actually combined with the position of the stars at night... It's obviously an escape game, but it portrays the loneliness of a separated little boy very delicately. Every time I find a fragment of a photo, I think about how scared this kid must have been.
Then I just had a cup of coffee and a piece of cake and played from 10pm to 3:30am. The moment I cleared the level, the screen went black and I stared at my reflection for half a minute. I won't spoil the ending, but it's really worth staying up all night.
Next time I won't dare to say "play it and then fall asleep". Night owls also have dignity, but... this game is worth staying up late for two consecutive times to find the hidden ending.
