When I first saw this game in the app store, I actually rejected it because the name sounded like a copycat advertisement. But I couldn't stand it when someone said in the comment area that I was “addicted to playing”, so I downloaded it. It's free anyway, so it's not a loss.
result! I really fell in! 😭
I would like to share a few pitfalls that I have encountered as a pure newbie, hoping to help my brothers and sisters who are just starting to drive screws like me.
The first pitfall is blindly grabbing speed. When I first entered, I saw the countdown in the upper right corner, my heart rate soared to 120, and I was scurrying around. As a result, the screws were misaligned and all slipped, and the machine also made that special mocking "beep-beep-beep" sound. Later I learned that this game is not about hand speed, but about "stability". If you aim it slowly and then twist it, it will be ten times faster than doing it blindly, really.
The second pitfall is not checking the requirements before taking the order. As soon as I saw an order with a bright color, I took it. It turned out that some of the orders required "standard screws" and I took them as "self-tapping screws." After the order was finished, it was immediately unqualified and I was deducted money! I was stunned on the spot. It turns out that each type of screw looks different, some have flat heads, some have round heads, and some have hexagonal heads... Newbies really need to learn to read the drawings, and don't rush around like me.
The third pitfall is being too greedy when upgrading equipment. I saved three days' salary and bought the most expensive electric screwdriver in one go. I found that the power was consumed very quickly. I often ran out of power halfway through the screwdriver and had to change the manual, which was a waste of time. Only later did I understand that the right solution is to upgrade a little bit. First, practice your hands well, and then change to auxiliary gloves. It is much more reliable than getting it right in one step.
There is another little pitfall, that is, don't forget to look at the daily tasks. I only focused on driving screws for the first two days and had no idea about the sign-in and achievement rewards. I got a lot of money for nothing. Later, I accidentally clicked on the "welfare" button and almost pissed myself to death. I felt like I missed out on 100 million! 💰
But to be honest, despite stepping on so many pitfalls, this game is really inexplicable. Every time I watched the screws being screwed in steadily one by one, the sense of accomplishment I felt when the order was completed was similar to the pride I felt when I successfully washed clothes in a washing machine for the first time (although I almost vomited because I filled the washing machine too full that time). In the game, you can save money to buy a second-hand tractor and buy a better factory step by step. It feels like a real struggle.
I'm a newbie, so I may still have a lot of things I don't understand. If an old player sees my stupid methods, please teach me in the comment area! For example, how to quickly identify the screw model, or if you have any tips on saving electricity, I will study it seriously! 🍼
I also hope that other newbies will not be afraid of pitfalls. Who didn't start by twisting screws randomly? Come on! I'm really addicted to screwing! 🔧
