Let's talk about the conclusion first. On the surface, this game is a dot-and-dot idle game. In fact, the numerical difference between character combinations can increase the benefits several times. In the past two days, I have played all three mainstream contract characters to the second level. I will talk about the actual physical experience and give some reference to brothers who are still confused about who to choose at the start.
At present, the mainstream dragon pets are divided into three types: the fire-type Flame Claw Dragon, the water-type Frost Scale Dragon, the wind-type Swift Pterodactyl, plus a very versatile protective stone-armored beast. The first three are conventional output positions. The Stone Armored Beast is more functional, but don't underestimate it. It will all rely on it to push you to the top.
Fire-type Flame Claw Dragon, Brother Explosion. The attack power on the panel is the highest among all characters, and the growth curve is about a fixed increase of 7.2 attacks per level, which is about 18% higher than the water type. But the price is that the attack speed is naturally slow, and the skill forward swing is obvious. It's great to fight a single boss, and the critical hit number is so satisfying, especially with the "Ember" contract. After the probability of three consecutive triggers reaches 35%, the output will directly lead to the lead. The disadvantage is that the efficiency of clearing pictures is average. If there are too many monsters, the monsters will be missed, and the idle income will be at the bottom.
Water type frost scale dragon, stable control monster. The single-stage damage is not as good as that of the fire system, but it comes with a slowdown passive. Every three arrows must carry an ice mark, which can be stacked up to three levels to trigger freezing. This thing doesn't feel like anything when you operate it manually, but when you hang up, you will find that other characters have been beaten down by monsters and have lost half of their health, while the Frostscale Dragon always stands quietly and outputs output. Moreover, its ultimate move is a range of AOE, and combined with the "cold wave" rune, the efficiency of collecting materials in the later stages of the first turn is the highest.
The wind type Swift Winged Dragon relies solely on attack speed to survive. The panel is the most rubbish, the attack power is even 10% lower than the water type, but the attack speed is ridiculously fast. I measured it with a stopwatch. The basic attack speed is 0.42 seconds per arrow, which is more than twice as fast as the Flame Claw Dragon. The upper limit of this character is the infinite continuous fire after embedding the "Wind" system contract. The critical hit rate will be higher and higher. A full 30 seconds is equivalent to one minute of shooting for other characters. But in the early stage, it was very scratchy before it took shape, and it was a type that required resources to survive.
The protective stone-armored beast has different play styles from the above three. It doesn't play output with you, its skills are all about reducing damage, restoring blood, and gathering monsters to taunt. At first I thought this guy was just a bastard, but later when I was playing the 50th floor trial, I was blamed twice and the output position was blocked. I realized that the last few bosses in this game all deal high-frequency multi-stage damage. Without a tank in the front row, no matter how high the output is, it is useless. The Stone Armored Beast, combined with the special contract "Oath of the Earth", can reduce the damage of the entire team to more than 30%, and its functionality is irreplaceable.
If I were to give a recommendation priority to newcomers: casual players would choose Frost Scale Dragon without any brains. It has strong survivability, stable idle income, and does not require too much attention to operation. If you have a certain amount of time to manually select skills, choose Flame Claw Dragon. During the burst period, combined with skills, you can create a beautiful data panel, which is suitable for those who like concave damage screenshots. Krypton Man and Gan Emperor directly choose Velociraptor. The upper limit of this character's growth is right there. In the later stage, when the APM is full, other characters can't give it the feeling of satisfaction.
By the way, let me give you some ideas on resource allocation. No matter which character you choose, don't randomly draw contract stones in the early stage. The basic contract given by the system is enough. After level 20, the exclusive contracts of the corresponding series will be given priority. The benefits of mixed sets are far less than a complete set of bonds of the same series. I did some calculations and found that the additional bonus of the three-piece set of bonds of the same type is about 1.3 times that of the mix and match flow, and the difference is very obvious.
Finally, I'll add a little trick for lazy people. Upgrading the body with gold coins will affect the basic attributes of all dragon pets, but the skill enhancement is independent of each character. Therefore, the transformation cost is actually very low. If you want to change the owner and develop the character, you will not lose too much if you spread the skill stones. In the early stage, try to point out the front-end nodes for the skills of each department, and then concentrate investment resources after the final lineup is determined. Basically following this idea, the experience in the early and mid-term will be smoother and the level will not be too uncomfortable. If you have any other matching questions, you can leave a message and I will reply when I see it. 🐉
