Family, does anyone understand!! I initially just downloaded a billiards game to pass the time, but once I started playing, I got completely hooked 😭 Now I can't resist playing at least a couple of rounds every day, really yyds! Seeing so many people on the forum asking how to play the challenge mode, this billiards little expert here will share my personal tips for clearing levels—purely personal experience, pros, please go easy~ 🙏

First, let's talk about the basic 8-ball challenge. In the early stages, the computer AI is really weak, you can basically win if you play normally. But once you reach the later levels, that thing seems to have wallhack or some cheat turned on, moving like crazy and giving you zero chances! At this point, don't just rush, you need to think 🧠

Tip 1: Don't smash the break! Many people explode with full power at the start, causing the balls to scatter chaotically, and the cue ball might drop into a pocket, giving your opponent a free ball—huge loss! I usually use medium power for the break, hitting the side of the first ball, so the pile spreads out while the cue ball returns near the center of the table—makes the next shot easier to set up.

Tip 2: Learn defensive shots. Sometimes you clearly have a shot, but after you make it, the cue ball ends up in a really awkward spot, leaving no shot for the next turn. In such cases, it's better to make a “gentle rail shot,” hiding the cue ball behind your opponent's ball so they can't attack comfortably. This trick is even more useful in snooker mode, but it works in 8-ball too, haha 😎

Tip 3: It's the Blood Flow billiards mode! I really love this mode!! The original gameplay is amazing, it's super fun, potting balls even restores health, a full-clear shot can instantly turn the game around. The core strategy is one word: fast! Don't hesitate, because in this mode, the opponent also regenerates health when they score—hesitation gets you wiped out. Aim for balls near the pocket to keep potting easily, and the cue ball is easy to control for consecutive attacks. The fastest I've ever gone was 5 balls in 15 seconds—the feeling is just off the charts 🛫️

Lastly, let's talk about ball control. The game's physics engine is really impressive, feels like real billiards. For positioning, don't just focus on the ball—you need to look at the contact point between the cue ball and target ball. When pulling back with low power, shorten your stroke; when pushing forward with high power, add extra force, otherwise the cue ball might follow the ball into the pocket. When I first started playing, I always wanted to show off, but ended up pocketing the cue ball every time and basically handing the win to my opponent, boohoo… Later I calmed down, practiced the basic shots first, and then slowly learned how to sneak in extra shots.
Finally, here's an ultimate tip for brothers stuck on a level! Go play 'practice mode,' choose the one where you can freely place a single ball and repeatedly practice shots from different angles. I practice for about ten minutes before bed every day, and in three days my feel for the game improved rapidly. I cleared a level that had been giving me trouble for almost a week in just one night! So satisfying!! 🤣
Oh, by the way, the game is free, but some cues need to be unlocked. Actually, you can enjoy the game a lot without spending money, it just levels up a bit slower. If you're a free-to-play player like me, just do the daily tasks to earn coins. Buying the 'newbie cue' and upgrading it is enough; the difference in stats isn't significant. I highly recommend playing with headphones on—the sound of the balls hitting is super relaxing, gives you that real pool hall vibe 🎧.
Anyway, now I play whenever I have free time, from 8-ball to snooker and then to blood mode, the more I play the more hooked I get. If you guys are stuck on a level too, try the tips I mentioned; it'll help you lose less! And if you pass it, remember to come back and tell me ‘666'~ 👍
Gotta go, someone just challenged me to a one-on-one again. This time I'm not logging off until I win ten rounds! 💪
