Posting this in the original novel release section might be a bit strange, but I really can't help asking how to play "Escape Room: Challenge." Its description is just too captivating: trapped in a mysterious room, you have to escape as quickly as possible, or, conversely, catch those hiding. I saw that it was free, developed by Hainan Xingkong Tiaodong Technology Co., Ltd., and runs on platform 5.0, so I downloaded it.
I was dumbfounded when I went in. That endless single yellow room, the buzzing fluorescent lights creating background noise, and so many empty rooms that gave me chills even though there was nothing there. I kept turning around, unsure whether I should look for a key, search for a mechanism, or hide from the monster first. Sometimes it felt like something was chasing me, and I would just run around blindly, running until I had no idea where I was 😵
I saw in the brief introduction that not only can you escape the locked room while being chased by monsters, but you can also search for lost souls on your own. Where exactly do you find these lost souls? Do you have to click on marks on the wall, or listen for sounds? And how do you catch those guys who are hiding? Every time I feel like a headless fly.
So I want to ask for help from all the experts. As a beginner, what should I do first? Are there any clues that I absolutely shouldn't miss? When monsters come, should I hide in a cabinet or just run? Does the yellow secret room have a fixed route? I'm timid but really want to keep playing. Games that are both scary and addictive like this are really rare 😭
