Hello, this is casual gamer Xiao Mei~ Today I mustered up the courage to make a post. Although this is a music sharing section, I was really healed recently by the BGM and character voices in 'My Name is MT - Standard Edition', so I just wanted to talk a bit about the experience from a girl's perspective 🎵
Honestly, I usually love cute games like pet-raising, dress-up, and farming, and seeing 'fighting' makes me a bit scared. When a friend first recommended 'Call Me MT' to me, I thought it was a very hardcore card battle game, but when I got in, I found that the characters are all chibi-style, round and cute, with super funny expressions. Names like 'Laoren', 'Daidai', and 'Yede Xinzhi' are also so punny and adorable 😆
What I like the most is the feeling of collecting cards and nurturing them. When the new orange cards Guozu Rider and Guozu Warrior come out, my first reaction isn't about their strength, but ‘This design is so cute, I want to put it on my team and look at it.' The red cards Leren, Daidai, Wildde Shinzo, and Dark Traveler all have their own personalities, and when I draw them, I can't help but take a screenshot to show my best friend.
The combat aspect is quite friendly to girls and players who are not very dexterous; you can auto-battle without having to stay tense with constant operations. I usually hang out while listening to music, occasionally tapping a skill, and the pressure is not high. Activating runes, improving attributes, and so on can be studied gradually. It also feels like raising a little pet, watching the team get stronger bit by bit, which is really healing.
The guild is also very caring. Settings like Guild Star and Lucky Star make the guild much livelier. Everyone sends blessings to each other, chats about card draws, and occasionally someone shares game BGM. Although this place is called the music sharing area, I think the sound effects in the game, character lines, and the chatting in the guild are also a special kind of background music 🎧
Moreover, it's free to play, and you can slowly accumulate resources without spending money, which is quite friendly to casual players. I have heard this sentence about the choice of a hundred million players before.
